Multiple imputations of the NSUEs are\nthen randomly created based on the expected value, variance,\nand statistical significance bounds. Finally, it conducts a\nrestricted-maximum likelihood random-effects meta-analysis\nseparately for each set of imputations, and it performs\nestimations from these meta-analyses.
